There’s only cruisers, they only have HE shells, and have no other abilities besides repair party. Why this ship is the best: Tier I is basically it’s own game. Happy new year! With a large scale aircraft carrier update planned, they were left out of this article, but I tried ranking everything else(except premium ships.) Also, please note that there's a slight rock paper scissors element involved in WoWs so the best ship for one match may not be the best for every match.
